What are shipping delays for online orders?

Delays and prices will be communicated to you when confirming your order.

Deliveries to Canada are made with Canada Post. You can choose between three types of delivery: Regular (Expedited), Xpresspost or Priority.

Delays may occur for reasons that are out of our control, like the weather, or a slowdown at our warehouse – but this is very rare.

What shipping service do you use?

Deliveries to Canada are made with Canada Post.

Once the order is processed, an invoice and order confirmation will be sent to you by email. You will receive a tracking number once the order has left our warehouse.

I am rarely home during the week. Is that a problem?

Note that deliveries to Canada are made with Canada Post, from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm, and that a signature is required at the door. If you are not home during the delivery, your order will be deposited at a post office near you. You will be able pick it up during their opening hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

Can I enter a different billing and shipping address?

Yes, you can! Start by entering your shipping address. At the last step (Payment Method), you will be able to check a box that says: Use different billing address, and enter a different address.

I bought a product on your website and it doesn't fit me. Can I return it?

You have 30 days after the purchase date to return a product for an exchange or complete refund, provided the returned item has not been worn, washed or damaged, and still has tags attached to it. ATTENTION! Some products in the PROMOTIONS section are FINAL SALES and CANNOT be exchanged or reimbursed (the words FINAL SALE will be written in the description section of the product page). Where are FashionBloom products made?

We produce the majority of our clothes in Canadian manufactures. At FashionBloom, producing locally is a long-term commitment. We believe it is our responsibility, as a Montreal, Quebec and Canadian brand, to play an active role in the local garment industry. Several manufacturers have been with us from the start; they are an extension of the FashionBloom family.
